Sessions are remote energy healing sessions designed to help release trapped emotions, subconscious blocks, and energetic imbalances - so you can experience deep healing, clarity, and transformation from anywhere in the world. All sessions are completed remotely, whether muscle testing by proxy or bioresonance/biofrequency, which allows you to receive the work from the comfort of your own space without interrupting your normal routine. The date/time you select at booking does not reflect the exact date or time of your session. Your session will be intuitively completed within one week of booking, and you will receive detailed notes/reports via email.
Due to the digital and energetic nature of these sessions, all sales are final and no refunds will be issues.

By booking/registering for this session/service, you acknowledge that the services provided are remote, energetic, and non-physical in nature; including, but not limited to, Emotion Code and Frequency-based energetic work and proxy muscle testing or kinesiology techniques conducted within an energetic framework.
These sessions/services are intended for emotional, energetic, and spiritual support purposes only and do not involve physical interaction, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. They are not scheduled at a specific time.
2. No Medical or Psychological Claims
You understand and agree that:
These sessions/services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment
I/We/Faith Natural Wellness/Our Members/Our Associates am/are not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, or healthcare provider
Nothing provided before, during, or after the service/session is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition
You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare professional for any physical or mental health concerns.
3. Remote Session Acknowledgment
All sessions are conducted remotely at a time determined by the specialist/practitioner, which may not match the exact booking time selected by the client.
You acknowledge that:
The booking time is for administrative scheduling purposes only
The energetic session may be completed at a different time within the stated service window
You will receive notes, a summary, or a report via text and/or email after the session is completed (if included in the session/service)
4. No Guarantees
You understand and agree that:
Results vary by individual
No specific outcomes, emotional releases, or life changes are guaranteed
The session/service is based on energetic and intuitive modalities that are not scientifically measurable in conventional terms
5. Payment Policy & No Refunds
All payments/donations/gifts are:
Final and non-refundable
Non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the specialist/practitioner in writing
By completing payment/donation/gift, you agree that:
You are reserving time, energy, and specialist/practitioner availability
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction, perceived lack of results, or change of mind
Chargebacks or payment disputes are not permitted and will be contested with proof of agreement to these terms
6. Client Responsibility
You agree that:
You are voluntarily participating in this session/service
You take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after the session/service
You understand you are not being forced or coerced into participation
You are not booking/registering someone else against their will (unless for a child, under the age of 18, you have legal responsibility over)
7. Energetic Consent
By booking/registering and submitting payment/donation/gift, you provide full consent for:
Energetic/frequency work to be performed on your behalf (or your listed subject, if applicable)
Proxy-based techniques used within the specialist's/practitioner's modality framework
me to PRAY for you
8. Confidentiality
All client information shared during booking/registration or session communication is kept confidential unless:
Required by law
There is a perceived risk of harm to self and/or others

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The specialist/practitioner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in these sessions
You agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the specialist/practitioner, Faith Natural Wellness, and any members/associates from any and all claims related to the products/sessions/services
10. Right to Refuse Service
The specialist/practitioner reserves the right to:
Refuse service to any client at any time for any reason
Cancel and refund (at his/her sole discretion), if necessary, due to specialist/practitioner circumstances (not client dissatisfaction)
11. Agreement
By booking/registering and/or paying for the session/service, you confirm that:
You have read, understand, and agree to the above and these Terms and Conditions
