At the quantum level, we are made of 99.99999% energy, and that layer of our body is under attack. Without knowledge about that layer of our body, we are neglecting it!
Physical health is downstream from bioenergetic health. Balance the energetic layer of the body, and the physical layer will be able to heal itself.
Until you have bioenergetic health, you WILL NOT have physical health. This also means calming the nervous system too because the body cannot work on healing itself until the nervous system has switched to 'rest and repair' mode.
